As a first point of contact for many of Ivory’s clients both in the office and over the phone, Shae-Lynne prioritizes making everyone feel welcome. With years of customer service experience, she has acquired valuable skills to ensure the importance we place on client experience is felt in every interaction.

Her role requires the wearing of many hats as a Client Service Manager. This involves directing and assisting with client communication, coordinating appointments, and creating a seamless client onboarding experience. She also has a heavy presence facilitating tax-related inquiries throughout the year and especially during the busy tax season.

Shae-Lynne enjoys time spent with friends, playing sports, and loves using art as a relaxing creative outlet.
